Hi [Customer First Name], 

Communication is the key to a successful working relationship, and something we want to make sure we have between [Your Company Name] and [Their company name]. As part of our ongoing focus to increase communication, we’ve recently adopted a new software called Swept. In addition to allowing our team to stay better connected when cleaning your space, one of it’s features will allow you to have direct, real-time communication with us.

Through the Swept App, you will be able to access the client messaging portal. This will allow you to chat with us about your experience with our service, including attaching photos of your space and marking messages as urgent for our immediate attention. 

This App can be found by visiting sweptworks.com/download. Here you are can Download from the App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device type.  

Once this App has been downloaded it will bring you to the login screen. Here is where you can enter in the login information we have provided for you. If we have not yet provided you with this information, let us know and we'll make sure you get it right away: 

Once signed in, the home screen provides you the option to chat with us through the "Messages" tab, or give us a call through the "Call" button. When you receive a new message from us that has not yet been read, a red icon will appear on the message board with the number of messages for your attention.

Once clicked into the message board you can read any new messages as well as type a reply in the indicated area.

             

If you would like to share a photo with us about your space, we would love to see them! Anything from something our cleaners have done very well, to showing us something we need to improve on. We would like you to be an active part in our quality control process so that we are always improving on the service we are providing for you. 

You can attach a photo to this message board by taking a photo with your camera, or by attaching a photo you have taken previously.

If something important comes up that needs our immediate attention, you can mark that message as urgent. These messages will appear red on our message board. We will try to respond to these messages at our earliest convenience.

If you would rather chat over the phone, you can always click on the phone icon from the main screen to reach us. The number here is preprogrammed to route you to the most appropriate person to chat with.
