Creating a password for your staff is easy and can be done at two points in time.
- When adding a new account
- When editing an account
To create a password, simply go to the account you wish to edit, and type in the desired characters into the "password" field.
- Do not change or reset a password without letting the account holder know.
- At first creation, it's easiest to keep the password simple so that your staff can sign in then change it accordingly.
- Suggested initial password: 1234, the last 4 digits of their phone number or their name.
Warning: any user that does not have a valid email address in the Swept system will not be able to reset their own password.
