Swept supports sign in and the use of our software for all user types by offering a variety of solutions.

Mobile App

All user types can use the mobile app, download it here or from the app store simply by searching "Swept".

The mobile app presents the most functionality. Cleaners will be able to access location information, communicate on message boards, let you know how they're feeling, see cleaning instructions, see their hours and more.

For more information on the mobile app for cleaners click here

SMS

SMS is designed for Supervisor and Cleaner accounts. Its primary function is allowing users to sign in, get security information, get message updates, find instructions, report a problem and sign out.

SMS would not be ideal for a Supervisor beyond logging hours.

SMS does not collect GPS information. If limiting sign in/out to location Swept recommends the Mobile App or IVR.

When using SMS, users can sign in from anywhere in the world, unlike IVR.

IVR (Integrated Voice Recognition)

IVR is designed for Supervisor and Cleaner accounts. Its primary function is allowing users to sign in/out and report a problem.

IVR uses a landline at a physical location so it requires staff to be on site, unlike SMS.

IVR would not be ideal for a Supervisor beyond logging hours.

Click here to learn how to setup IVR and how it works.

Note: SMS and IVR are only offered on our Grow package

Depending on authorization, users can create schedules, see inspections, run reports, communicate with their team and more. Accessible by visiting app.sweptworks.com.
