Yes, but it's not recommended. 

The reason being is that if a cellphone number is used for the "IVR" approved call-in number it allows that staff member to sign in and record hours from anywhere. 

Swept's "IVR" system works best by using landline numbers at the location for the approved call-in number. This is so that when a cleaner signs in via "IVR" (as seen on the payroll report icons) you can be confident that they are on site.
