The Swept "Cleaning Report" is a log of all historical cleanings scheduled and unscheduled done by all staff at all locations. It's purpose is to allow managers the ability to see who worked when and to learn if anyone is being over or under worked.
The Swept "Schedule Variance Report" is a log of all worked scheduled shifts and the difference between scheduled and recorded hours for all staff at all locations. It's purpose is to learn how accurately you are assessing the scope of work/the human resources required and if any staff are consistently over or under time.
This means that the "Variance Report" will not show missed shifts or unscheduled shifts. So for any given time period, the two reports are not guaranteed to mirror each other nor are they intended to do so as they have different purposes.
