Whether a schedule has been created or not there are a few ways to see if staff have or have not signed in for their shift.
Method #1: On the Web App
- On the left-hand side of the Swept Web App, click "Reports"
- Click the first report, "Cleanings"
- Look for any shifts that say "In Progress" under the departure column.
Note: The "Cleaning Report" automatically sorts in chronological order, so the shifts that have been started and not yet completed sit at the top of the list. These are the shifts that indicate a cleaner has signed in.
For example, the screenshot below of a demo company shows two shifts still in progress. Here, you can make the assumption that Dom and Dale are still signed in.
Method #2: On the Mobile App
As a Manager, sign into your mobile app. Once here, there are two ways to tell if a cleaner is signed in. The "Locations" tab and the "Cleaners" tab.
1. Locations Tab
When you press the "Locations" tab, it lists all of the locations you as a manager are approved to see. If a Cleaner is signed into a location, a green person icon will appear beside the name of the location they are signed into. If a Supervisor is signed in, a blue person icon will appear.
2. Cleaners Tab
When you press the "Cleaners" tab, it lists all of the cleaners that are approved at the locations you as a Manager are approved to see. If a Cleaner is signed into a location, a green person icon will appear beside their name.
