How to Add Additional Time:

  1. Log into the Swept Web App
  2. Navigate to "Schedule" in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the green "Add Shift" button on the right.
  4. Select the location, date, time and cleaner
  5. Click the "+" button on the right of the cleaners name and time
  6. Enter the additional time you wish to add and give a description of what it's for.

If you are editing a repeating shift you will be given the option to select whether this additional time will be added to every shift in the series or just one. You will be able to verify the additional time was added by running the payroll report. On the time slot where you expect to see the added time, there will be a populated field titled "Additional Time" as seen below.
