Gaining access to Inspections is done by the Admin Manager of your company who can enable this permission. However, not all Swept subscriptions include an unlimited number of inspection seats. 

When the Start subscription is purchased, it only includes one inspection seat. The decision as to which Manager or Supervisor account it is enabled for is the decision of the Admin Manager but must be completed by Swepts Customer Success team.

When "Unlimited Inspections" is not included in your subscription, your Manager/Supervisor settings will appear as follows:
