Details:

Employees are now able to request a specific number of supplies for locations they are working at and managers are able to view  and complete these requests within the mobile and web app. Once these requests are completed you are able to review this information. Who Can View Completed Supply Requests:

Managers and Supervisors (Beta) 

Where Is This Accessed:

Supply requests can be accessed in the web app through the supplies icon in the top right corner and within "Reports". 

Instructions (Web App):

Log in to the Swept Web App and choose the spray bottle icon in the top right hand corner to view all active Supply Requests. The badge count indicates how many supply requests are currently waiting to be completed. Click on the "Completed" tab to view completed requests. Requests from the past 30 days will appear here.

You are able to review the following information for each supply request:

  • Supply Name - This is the name of the supply requested.
  • Completed By - This is the name of the person who completed the supply request.
  • Date/Time Completed - This is the date and time the request was completed.
  • Remaining - The amount of supplies currently at the location. This is determined by the person who made the request and could not be changed when completing the request.
  • Requested - The amount of supplies requested for the location. This is determined by the person who made the request and could not be changed when completing the request.
  • Order - This is how much of the supply was ordered and delivered to the location.

HISTORICAL SUPPLY REQUEST INFORMATION

To view completed requests over 30 days ago click "VIEW ALL COMPLETED REQUESTS" at the bottom of the screen.  

Use the filters at the top of the screen (From Date, To Date, Supplier and Location) to adjust what you would like to see then click "APPLY FILTERS".

You are able to review the following information for each supply request:

  • Supply Name - This is the name of the supply requested.
  • Location - The location the supply was requested for.
  • Requested By - This is the name of the person who requested the supply.
  • Date Completed - This is the date the request was completed.
  • Remaining - The amount of supplies currently at the location. This is determined by the person who made the request and could not be changed when completing the request.
  • Requested - The amount of supplies requested for the location. This is determined by the person who made the request and could not be changed when completing the request.
  • Order - This is how much of the supply was ordered and delivered to the location.

Alternatively, historical supply requests can also be accessed by going to "Reports" in the left hand menu of the web app. Once in "Reports" select "Historical Supply Requests".
