You are able to manage your supplies for each location within Swept. When your supplies is entered in Swept you can use this information to know when supplies is needed by having cleaners, managers and supervisors request supplies.

Who Can Add Supplies?:

Managers and supervisors are able to add supplies.

Add Supplies

To add your supplies in Swept you must log in to the Swept Website App. Once you are logged in please follow the instructions below:

In the left hand menu click Supplies. All supplies will show on this page.
Select Manage Supplies.
Click the green +Add Supply button on the right.

On the Supply Details page add the following information:

  • *Supply Name
  • Brand Name
  • SKU
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • *Supplier
  • Supplied By
  • Notes

Click the blue Save button.

  • Information in bold with an asterisk * is mandatory.

Approve to a Location

To approve supplies to a location choose Locations from the left hand menu.
On the line of the location click on the three dots to the right and choose Supplies.

Under the Assigned column check the Supplies that should be approved to this location.
This automatically saves.

Edit Supplies

To edit a supply choose Supplies from the left hand menu.
Select Manage Supplies.
Click on the name of the supply you would like to edit.
Edit information as needed.
Click the blue Save button in the top right.

Delete Supplies

To permanently delete a supply choose Supplies from the left hand menu.
Select Manage Supplies.
On the line of the supply you would like to delete click the three dots on the right and select Delete.

A pop up will appear asking if you are sure you would like to delete the supply as it will permanently delete all related information. If unsure click Cancel. If positive you would like to permanently delete the supply click Delete.
