When you add in supplies to your Swept account you can select which supplier to go to for the supplies. This helps when you are filling supply requests so you know where to go!

Who Can Add Suppliers:

Managers and supervisors are able to add suppliers.

Where Is This Accessed:

The Swept Web App. This is available at


Log in to Swept Web App.
Select Supplies from the left hand menu.
Click on Manage Suppliers.

Click the + Add Supplier green button in the top right corner.

Enter in the following Supplier information:

  • Supplier Name*
  • Address
  • Address 2
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Country
  • Phone Number
  • Email

Information in bold with an asterisk * is mandatory.

Click the blue Save button in the top right to save the Supplier.

**Please note that if you delete a supplier all supplies connected to the supplier will be deleted.
