What Does The Error Mean?

This error appears in the mobile app when a user enters an incorrect username or password. Their username and/or password does not match what was set up for them within Swept.

How To Fix The Error

If you or a member of your team receive this error we suggest checking the following:

  1. Typos - Check to see if there is a typo in your username or password.
  2. Upper case versus lower case - Passwords are case sensitive. If your password has an upper case or lower case letter you must enter it exactly as is.
  3. Reset Your Password - You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password". Enter your email and a reset link will be sent along. Your user must have an email address in order for you to be able to reset your password. If unsure, verify with your company your login credentials.
  4. Verify Login Credentials - Verify with your company what username and/or password is set up for you.
