What Does the Error Mean?

This error will occur within the mobile app when a cleaner or supervisor is signing in to a location with a mandatory geofence set up. This error means the cleaner does not have their location services enabled for GPS on their phone.

Solution

  1. Have the cleaner/supervisor enable locations services for Swept on their phone. Below are links to the Google and Apple Help Centers that will help with enabling location services.

  2. Disable mandatory geofences for the individual cleaner. If there are issues with enabling the location services you can disable mandatory geofences for a specific cleaner within the web app by going to "Cleaners" in the left hand menu. On the same line of the cleaner click on the green pencil on the right side of the screen. Scroll down the page to see the option "Disable Mandatory GeoFence Sign In/Out". Click on the toggle and it will change to blue, then scroll to the bottom and click "Save". This way the cleaner can sign in to the location even though they cannot enable location services.
