If you or your team are experiencing an issue while using Swept's IVR (Landline Sign In) the phone being used may cause issues. The following types of phone numbers are not supported by IVR (Landline Sign In):

  • Switchboard phone numbers
  • Rotating phone numbers
  • Phone numbers with extensions
  • Toll-free phone numbers
  • Phone numbers with no caller id
