The Override Support Phone No. (Number) is for Cleaner accounts that are to contact a specific number or individual in case of assistance, emergency or personal matters.
In the Swept "System Settings" on the Web App, a Cleaner Support Phone No. field is available. By filling this out all Cleaners at your organization will see this number on their mobile device under the top right "gear" icon > support.
By adding an Override Support Phone No. to any Cleaners account, the general support number will be replaced.
Note: This is typically used for staff that report directly to a specific Manager/Supervisor and do not need a general support line.
